For 15 years I've worked across IT management, systems and software engineering. I built IT from scratch at Verkada, and today I look after identity, SaaS, AV and AI governance for about 3,000 people at Roblox — while staying hands-on.
I lead a 12-person Enterprise Applications and AV team covering identity, SaaS, employee lifecycle and AV for ~3,000 people. Along the way: 8 hires, ramp time cut from six weeks to four, Okta disaster recovery taken from at-risk to stable, and AV turned from our most-escalated area into a steady one.
Moved 7,000+ people from Google IdP to Okta, mastered in Workday, and built an API so Security could revoke access the moment a device went missing.
Built IT from the ground up: Jamf with zero-touch provisioning for 500+ devices, Okta for 400+ people, office networks and build-outs, AWS access, and the SaaS budget.
Started in IT systems, automating provisioning across AD, Google, Slack, Okta, Salesforce and Duo — then moved into software engineering, building Laravel tooling for IT.
Where it started: running IT for a 100-person ambulance service.
Stood up Claude Code and launched Cowork company-wide, set up Gmail and Drive DLP and sensitivity labels with InfoSec, and published our Agentic Development Standards.
Founded the Enterprise Software Group to steer a $20M portfolio, rebuilt the App Directory as the source of truth for ~500 apps, and structured our Google renewal.
Automated 3,600 onboardings and 1,400 offboardings in six months, and built an access-revocation API with InfoSec in Tines.
Migrated everyone from Google IdP to Okta with Workday as the source of truth, and automated joiner and leaver flows with Okta Workflows.
